It's long established on this site that no one likes Joe Morgan. But some of these other ex-pros, while they might add some knowledgable insights, really need to learn they don't need to ALWAYS be talking.

1-6-3 double play in the Yankees-Twins Game 2. Pettit's throw was a little high and Jeter made a nice play to complete the double play.

Can't tell if it was Ron Darling or John Smoltz, but the comment was "there aren't very many shortstops who are athletic enough to make that play."

Huh? There are probably 29 other shortstops athletic enough to make that play.
