I wanted to know if there is any kind of age requirement to play Legion, because I want to play next season. I'll be 16 then.

I do not know if there is a minimum, but at 16 you will be fine. Most of the players are from varsity squads. It depends on the situation at your HS though. We had kids on our Legion team this summer that were not starters on the varsity. So give it a shot unless something better is there for you (like a showcase team to play on).

15 y/o vs 19 y/o?

My guess is 'it's the exception vs the rule'

I don't believe that this exists anywhere except Am Legion? ........ok maybe DR
