Legion vs. Adult Leagues for graduating Seniors

Son is playing in local adult league with college and former college players. Although I run a legion program, the adult league seems to be a better fit for a rising collegiate player. Pitchers throwing mid 80s to low 90s and strictly wood bats. Significantly different from Legion in my area.

My only concern with the adult league would be the attitude of the players relative to hard work and liquor. Significantly different from legion.

Is there Connie Mack ball in the area?

Reminds me of the Chip Hilton book were Chip played for the "company" team during the summer.
