In my 2nd letter to coaches, should I send my letter to some schools that didn't request it? Also, should I send to schools that didn't reply back? Thanks.

At this point I would send out as much info as I could with the exception of videos. Only send those when requested otherwise they will get tossed.
If you send your schedule to a school you've never contacted in the past, make sure you enclose a cover letter introducing yourself.
