For those with college or pro players, how is lifting handled during the season? 2015 is attempting to speed train & workout this summer with the busy travel schedule. Started summer 6'2 190lb'er following daily lifting & speed/agility work in school. He's already down 5lbs plus & losing some muscle/strength. Most hotels only have 50lb dumbbells or nothing at all, leaving only his body weight (pull-ups, push-ups etc.). Thoughts on how to better maintain build during travel ball?
