On the lineup card. It needs to be properly filled out. Name, number, position, batting order. Subs need to be listed too. If this is not done properly by the coach, then it's the plate umpire's job to do it. So give it back to the coach and have him do his job properly.

If the player's number is wrong, it's no big deal, just pen and ink the change and move forward. this is an admin change. But the name must be right. If the name is wrong, then we've got somebody batting out of order and that's gonna be a problem.
