Game is carried on ESPN Radio, so the ESPN affiliates would be your best choice. In DC, that's ESPN 980. Towards Richmond, it's WXGI-AM - 950. In between? Don't know. I think you may want to subscribe to MLB's AtBat app, which is what we have. If you go that route, bear in mind it goes in and out a bit south of Fredricksburg.

GOOD LUCK TRAVELING DOWN THE MOST DREADED I95S ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON!!!!!! The NOVA baseball crews that make that commute on Friday's to the various tourneys/showcases can tell you it is the worst. Anyone who disagrees probably has a helicopter.

A bit longer but not DC/NovA traffic, or, stop for dinner and watch the game somewhere in that area!
Taking that route is not crazy, and often preferable. When she has baseball duty, joemktgbride will stop for dinner yet still hits 95S nonsense.

I wonder if 95 is one of the biggest barriers from having state-wide powerhouse teams. Loudoun/Fairfax down to Richmond/Tidewater on Fridays south and Sundays north often double travel time. That's about 8 hours total lost in the car. Joemktgson has become proficient at doing homework in the car.
