I think it's great that the program's been restored. However, I've read concern elsewhere that the current "fix" is short-term in nature. Are insiders at work to create a long-term foundation for the program?
The president and Ad have been told they have two years to figure things out, they have received a lot of negative press over this so I believe the answer to your question is yes.
sounds like it was never a money issue just a priority issue how how to spend the $$$ and the title 9 issue was never really an issue so hopefully the solutions will not be difficult to enact.
