I know that this does not relate to HS baseball, however but I do believe it relates to the quality of youth baseball that we have in Texas.

McAllister Park Little League (San Antionio) will play Bridge City Little League Thursday night in Waco with the winner going to the LLWS in Williamsport.

Don't have a dog in the hunt other than our LL team lost to M Park as 10 YO's in the Texas West Semi-Finals, so it would be neat to see them go to Williamsport.

Am very excited to see McAllister Park in the championship game! My son played for McAllister for 8 years and it is an extremely well-run LL program. One of the current players, Jace Selsor, is the younger brother of UTSA LHP/1B Casey Selsor and contributed to today's 16-1 run-rule victory with a double. One of the coaches is Mike Shull, who played pro ball for 5 years and pitched for the California Angels. His son John is also on the team and hit a home run in today's game.

Yes, congrats to MP.

Very goot "team". In the 3 years that I've seen them play, they were seldom behind. Last night they got down in the first inning, but still never let up. And it was brutally hot in Waco last night!!!!

Good luck in Williamsport.

Anyone have any information on D. Brooks arm. I know that he tried to pitch in FW, and then again last night, but no go............pretty good "team" to make it to Williamsport when argumentally your best pitcher does not pitch. The rest of the "team" picked up the pace.
