Can't find live stats either. This is really frustrating. Trying to follow the Charleston RiverDogs vs Lexington Legends in Charleston.

Can get sound but it is pathetic - the PA announcer who's doing the 'llleeeeeeeetttttssssss gggggeeeeettttt rrrreeeeeaaaaadddddyyyyy toooooo rrrummmmmbbblllle' approach is drowning out the radio announcer.

Can't follow anything.

Hope this is just first game confusion...
Here is a little info. I think maybe they are having glitches tonight.

Before my son's game started this evening, there was a gametracker-like program available from his team's homepage that worked about until the bottom of the second at about 7:45 eastern time and then it locked up. I closed it out and went back to the homepage where I found the original link and the link was no longer available and did not even appear on the home page. I am guessing they are testing new software that is not quite working yet. Then again, I could be wrong
In the past milb has gameday only for AAA games. Early in the evening I couldn't get any of the boxscores to show up and thought it might be browser issue and still had problems. I tried listening to a few games and most of the links worked just fine. Later in the evening (I'm in NW ) everything seemed to back to normal. Let's hope they get it together.
Yup Outlaw...things did get back "close" to normal. Slower updates, stats (boxes) that were ok but linescores that were not. Must be glitches or software they didn't test before the season opened?

Kind of funny...the first game I wanted to follow was our son's team from last year (Midwest League) that had another poster's son playing in it. Thats when my frustration began. I could listen to it...so I did for a while.

Later in the evening, I emailed my son's previous team's radio announcer to ask if he knew how to get it. He responded quickly and by then it was (sort of) working.
Now a week into the new season and Milb site is still pretty much a mess. I'm finding the boxscore of each game on the league scoreboard page lags way behind what's going on, however, if you drill down to individual boxes the info seems to keep up pretty well. For the past couple of years the site was pretty much in sync, but the web guys at Milb have done something that doesn't seem to be working. The audio links do seem to be working much better.
The live stats on the scoreboard link typically do not start to work until the 4th inning. When you click on the box score, the players stats themselves are updated but the score often continues to lag by several innings.

My son's team last year hosted the box score and stats on their home page and you could check the lineups out about 1/2 hour before each game. The game stats were pretty close to real time with maybe a minute or two lag. I am very, very disappointed this year. This is not brain surgery given the system they had in place last year was working.
Of course, none of us are paying for these services so I guess beggars cannot be choosy....

That said, you would think that baseball (mlb/milb) has a vested interest in seeing that the game is fully promoted to its utmost extent. Perhaps only the parents and friends of the players in question really care, but I would think with approximately 7,000 milb players out there, there are tens of thousands out there who are trying to follow the games this way.
Based on the first week of trying to listen to web broadcast this season could be a nightmare.

Numerous times during the first series of games random commercials would start playing in the middle of an inning. These weren't quick 10 second spots, we got the whole 3 min commercial break package.

It seems like someone back at the station had the commercials programmed to go off at a certain time no matter what. Of course it seemed like they only time they came on was when jerseyson was on the mound. Here comes the 3 - 2 pitch... (insert commercial) The announcers didn’t seem to know it was going on because they never took the time to recap what was missed.

Got to love the minor leagues!
