If the batted ball hits the fair/foul pole above the fence line in flight, it doesn't matter where it goes after.....it's a Home Run.

walk out in front of the plate, put your right index finger in the air and make a circular motion.....watch runner tag 1st, second, third and home base.....hand a new ball to the catcher.......dust off the plate......resume your position....and signal both verbally and by gesture to resume play......
