why didn't you say this the first time?

I did

quote:
Unless you're using long toss to build up your intensity before you go onto the mound (and keep it to less than 180 feet, I'll tell ya why in a sec), it's a waste of time.

All the other typing was to back up said statements, as I just didn't want you people to take my word for it.

I long toss 5 days a week, my team is supposed to go out 200+ feet. I think most injuries come from guys who dont realize that there is nothing wrong with 1 hopping it to your partner. They think that they have to get it there on the fly and start doing weird stuff with there arms, causing arm injuries. When i first started long toss i was one-hopping it to my partner at like 100 feet, but now my arm is stronger because i didnt start doing weird stuff with my arm and just threw the ball like i was supposed to. and now i can get out to 150+ without 1-hopping it.
