Coach May...excellant analogy...but to take it one step further I prefer to "feel" as if this were a family situation...where the Dad(Bob) is in charge and when he decides to have a break from his family duties he leaves those with experience and maturity(moderators) in charge of the rest of the family...comprising the family are those who know their place...they accept that "home" is a place to come and relax, hang your hat for awhile, exault in the triumphs of the other family members...console those who are in need and require a shoulder to cry on... but, by and large, they know their position and do not make attempts to challenge the authority of those left in charge...then there are those who feel they should be in charge and challenge the authority ...they "push the buttons" of those who make attempts to coral the inappropriate behavior...they complain loudly and often but do not realize that by doing so they are alienating the affections and respect of all the others...then there ae those who think they are superior to those members of the family...they seem to feel that by exhibiting there ability to be condesending to others they will win the Dads approval...little do they know all they are showing is how classless and immature they really are...now do those who have been left in charge always make the right choices and decisions...no because to err is human and then it is up to the Dad to recitify their decisions...but being the good Dad that he is he will do this privately and not belittle them in front of the rest of the family...this is my concept of the HSBB family

ok, we know who the owner is of the team (Bob) we know the co-owner is his wife or (visaversa)of the team. the question is who's the COACH of the team. where start there first, and then from there on we will look into the team players.

For the record i'am NOT offended.
