I reccomend both Kelley Gloves and Pinckard Gloves by Bill Pinckard.
I've had both, had players who used both and were outstanding. Personally, and this is my opinion, I dont know why you would buy a 'name' glove for $250 when you can get a Kelley or Pinckard for $170.
Bill Pinckard himself usually answers the phone himself when you call, and will help you with anything you need.
A good glove should take a month or so to break-in real nice and should last 2 to 3 years. Unless you are on a "glove deal" with a manufacturer, I would NOT buy a "quick break-in" or murachi japanese leather glove as these break in quickly and will last you only a year...or a long season.
Be forewarned a good glove will probably be as hard as a brick when you first get it.
I'm a big proponent of taking the time you need to break-in a glove playing catch, maybe some mink oil or lanolin spray ... but I think baking a $200 piece of leather is a bad idea.
