Fence drills: throw/hit ground balls to fence and have players practice picking the ball up with throwing hand while feet are aligned for throw; throw/hit/machine flyballs that will drop at the fence so players can learn to find fence and adjust to ball.
Throwing drills: practice the do or die everyday, run through groundball fielding with one hand off to the glove side (distinguish btwn do or die and routine), sit up target for throwing such as a bucket or screen and make accuracy competitive.
Hit flys under extreme wind conditions and also align players so they have to combat the sun.
Emphasize proper defensive technique during BP.
Some I've used:

(1) relay drill-line up outfielders about 150' apart on two teams and have them race to see who can relay the ball down the line and back without mishandling the ball; any mishandles require starting over at the first guy.(emphasizes accuracy real quickly)

(2) have the OF line up with his back to you and run forward; toss the ball and yell right, center, or left and OF has to look up, locate it, and run to catch it.

(3) lay a trash can on the ground at second or third, and have them see how many they can throw into the can from different spots.

(4) Have two OF's line up opposite each other and run right at each other; coach throws the ball in between and yells who is to catch it (other guy always peels to the right-teaches them to always peel to the right to avoid collisions) (make sure they all know which "right" is right!)
