Austin9,

You can look at old threads where nutrition has been discussed a lot and read them over and get a lot of info. There are some great people on this site that know a lot about nutrition.
My son has had to work hard to gain weight in the past. A kid like your size has to eat a lot......
You can def. add more to your breakfast, esp more protein. You need some more snack foods besides muffins, eat more Nuts they are high in calories and in fat. Eat peanut butter, good source of protein and fat. Add a smoothie with some protien powder in there for a snack esp. after the workout.
You really need to eat a good source of protein after working out as you break down muscle tissue lifting.
Thats a few suggestions but others will have more to say about your diet and workout regimine.
some things to add to diet, More protein( hard boiled eggs)have your mom make deviled eggs...2. more protein 3. pretzels, pretzels filled with peanut butter, granola bars, nuts, fruit, bananas, strawberries( add this fruit to smoothie, Yogurt, take some vanilla yogurt and put some source of granola on top, slice babana in it, wheat germ, you need more variety. have oatmeal, put oats in smoothie for fiber and calories, turkey, good bread, it is a constant effort and something you yourself will have to make a conscious effort to eat good, eat often, add snacks, stay away from too much sugar and refined foods. some kids burn a lot of calories, you have to replace that plus some to gain . You will also gain weight and get stronger as you mature naturally. good luck
