There is a high school tournament in Louisville this coming weekend, does anyone know anything about it?

There is a tournament for 18U. Our team from Florida is working its way over to it playing in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and then on to Kentucky.
National High School tournament starts on Thursday. Is this the one you are referring to?

yes,,, we knnow about the louisville tournament. Be aware of the team called PRP. They play a different type of ball that includes intimidation, forearm smashes to a runner coming to first, and even one racist comment to our second baseman. They can play the game but are unfamiliar with the term 'class'. Will never forget the umpire having to stop the game and admonish both benches, players, coaches and fans. It was ugly baseball. The rest of the tournament was well done although be prepared to travel to fields all around town. Good Luck!!

What year did all of this happen?
It was last summer at their home field.

They had an 'A' team and a 'B' Team. We had beaten the 'B' team and our experience was with the 'A' team ... I'll be curious about your outcome and experience. I hope things have changed for them.

I wasn't at the game but I talked to some parents who were. They told me that some players from the PRP team were making fun of some of our boys and that a couple of their parents were hard on the umpires. The parents I talked to did not know until after I talked to them about this thread. I guess it wasn't as bad as what you experienced but it was the only trouble seen the whole weekend.
