How can you have all of these Division 1 coaches in attendance during teh NCAA's quiet period???

From my understanding is the key word in the flyer is "Camp" because if there is instruction given during this event then even during the quiet period coaches are allowed to evaluate players here. But I don't know if there is instruction given or not.
