Major League Scouting Bureau

I'm new to the HSBB web site and noticed a link to a Major League Scouting Bureau under Pro Scouting. My concern is the last update to that link looks to be from 1999. Wondering if anyone has used the Bureau and what was your experience?

The information provided in the MLSB Interview is still correct and current links to MLSB tryouts are available at the bottom of the article. The MLSB isn't a group a player "uses", but rather a scouting group that provides MLB teams information on draft prospects. Our experience with their local reps has been great.
