Matt Meyers to Auburn

UNC-Asheville head baseball coach Matt Meyers has been announced as the new pitching coach for the Auburn Tigers.

Matty is a former Tennessee Volunteer and a very good coach and possibly an even better person.

Matt has come back to Vol land and worked with pitchers at Thunder from time to time. I'm sure he also had recruiting in his mind, but he is well respected by us Tennessee folk.......

Come to think of it, I guess that would be a strike against him in the head coachs eyes.
