Couldn't agree more, Texan.

Pino--shaky video is really useless for analysis of pitching mechanics.

In every case, the first thing I look for is inappropriate head movement, either up-and-down or side-to-side. Such movement can be a matter of a few inches over the course of the entire stride.

The only way to analyze movement of the pitcher is against a staionary background that contains non-moving cues.

Please don't kid yourself--no one can usefully analyze shakey hand-held video for you--even if they say they can.

Cheap tripods cost about $30 last time I looked. Your vidcam probably cost 6x to 20x that amount--why not use it to its best potential?
Hey Pino,

I'll give you a couple of tips since you asked... First off I would like to say you have a good body for pitching and a strong arm! Now for the 2 tips:

As you go into the set position and lift your leg up, I noticed you look down to the ground then you look up at your target. For better control, keep your eyes on your target (catcher's mitt) the whole time. Keep your head as still as possible through your delivery, always focused on your target. This will increase accuracy since your brain will not have to adjust to the movement.

Second tip: when you finish your delivery, you should be in the " fielding position". I noticed you are letting you momentum pull you to the left... If someone hits a grounder back to your right you won't be able to field it. Also, this indictate you are not finishing your mechanics properly.

But you are doing a lot of things right! Keep working and improving.
Pino,

You probably already know a tripod or other way to steady the camerera would be helpful... I'll take a chance and try to help with what's given. First, it appears you have a bit of armside run on your FB, don't let anyone change that, it will serve you well. I did notice you tend to open your landing foot which causes you to "spend" your hips early at times. Try to have the lead foot land with an angle approaching 45 degrees and then allow your hip drive to square it to near 90 degrees as referenced to home as you finish.
The main thing Pino should take away from these clips is to gain control of your body. Mussina is deliberate in ever phase of his motion. There is way too much body movement and it is inconsistent. You need some one who knows what they are doing to break down your motion and then rebuild it properly. It is impossible for most pitchers to do this on their own. You can see how controlled Mussina's body is.

Pino in all honesty you need a lot of work before showcasing. Spend some money on proper instruction before showcasing. What team do you play for. There are a lot of showcases in those states. Long Island Tigers put on some geat tornaments amd I belive some showcases as well. Make sure you are ready before spending your money.
