Hey all,
A college coach in an email to me said he wants to have me on campus as a "full recruit" this fall (im a junior if thats relevant). I've been talking to coaches for a while but have never came across the phrase "full recruit" before and i have no clue what it means. Any of you ever heard it?

My interpretation would be that he was simply using an expression to say that he has sincere interest in talking to you about coming to his school.
It doesn’t mean more than you’re on their board of prospects. Always be aware of what you’re being told and not hearing only what you want to hear. Unless you’re a top shelf stud chances are at this point in time he’s saying the same thing to a lot more players than he has roster spots and scholarship money.
Some use this phrase to differentiate from walk-on or preferred walk-on recruits. They want you to know they are willing to offer money or show that they are serious.
