We're decent. I haven't traveled out of the state to play, so I can't compare out-of-state, but in state we're well above average. Yours?

We have some of the best players in the area. This will probably be our first tournament together this year. Newly formed team with tons of talent.

Hey, you pitched against us, haha. Didn't realize it was you until after I got home, because I left before I could check your post. Wow, that first game was awesome (for us at least), but the rain really ruined that second game IMO. Anyways, we got 3rd, did you guys beat the hawks? Please tell me you did...

Rain- Co-Champions, 1/2 Paid Berth to World Series. Yeah about that game, kinda disappointed I couldn't finish it off.

Actually, I'm not on that team anymore; long story. But that was a fun game, although I thought we overreacted to the win, and our on-field celebration was a little showy. But you're welcome for the down-to-earth moment .

Yeh the celebration might have been a little much. Acting like you've been there and done that makes your team a whole lot more classy.

Yea, it was. About midway through I turned to the closing pitcher and said "man, we much look like the biggest bunch of j-a$$es". I definately apologize for that. We knew you guys were a good team though, so it was exciting, but again, I apologize.

No problem; What team are you playing for now?

I'm not playing AAU, there was a big fight between me and the coaches, and I was the first to leave that team and 3 others followed, so don't expect the Clippers to do anything. I'm playing for my high school legion team, but I'm looking into playing fall ball with the NJ Stingers in a wooden bat league.

Cool--- In my opinion for the best competition, Legion might be the best at this point unless you are playing Top National competition at 15U. Actually the reason I am playing with this team is because the coach knows 25x what most coaches do. He coaches a fall showcase team and is always spreading his knowledge of not only baseball, but the recruiting process.

So far the best competition we have faced this year was against a 6'5 RHP, Brett Harman of Carroll County Rangers. He had the best stuff; mid 80s FB, pretty decent curve.

Well my former AAU team is going to nationals, but with the three recent losses they will be a joke. And yes, I talked to your coach after both games, and he seemed like an awesome guy. Congrats on your season btw. Good luck.

Yes we qualified for AAU Nationals as well through some local league tourney that we sweeped. Our coach felt morally opposed to the spectators fee for entering and watching games. Now we are headed to some Triple Crown Eastern Regional in Myrtle Beach, SC.
