The part I really enjoy is around the :43 mark where he talks about how he doesn't get nervous because he's put in the hard work to prepare. Great interview, thanks for sharing.

Excellent Article. Thank you for sharing. There are those pitchers that say things like "I can't throw well when it's windy" or "I can't remember the last time I threw a great game when it rained" Little things like that should not hurt your performance at all.

Stuff of the article are good and nice for kids to increase there mental capacity and sharpness.
I love that it mentions that the reason he is calm and is because of the hard work he has put in beforehand. It kind of reminds me of all the people who post on Yahoo Answers asking for tryout tips because they're not exactly the best player. While I go ahead and give them the best tips I have to offer, if they properly prepared themselves by working hard, getting into shape, and practicing their fundamentals they shouldn't need any tips to make the team. Although I am not a fan of the Phillies, Cliff Lee is a very professional athlete who is a great role model for young players.
