I remember watching him take BP as a big leaguer early in his career. He had that special crack of the bat and ability to drive every pitch that stood out, even at that level.
Right after he made the Majors he was running a "camp" at a local hitting center - pay $75 and your kid got 3 mornings around a big leaguer, juice box, cookie and a t shirt.
I went to pick my son up and got to speak with Henry watching Michael with the kids. I said to him "He really is a fine young man and I hope he never changes" Henry just looked at me and stated flatly "He won't".
It pleases me to see he was right about that. Good for him.
