The Braves team is where most of the development will occur. I played for the Redskins, the team they run at an extremely competitive level. The Indians/Braves, etc. are run to feed the Redskins, and spend countless hours over the summer on the field.

On a personal note, it was the best summer for development in my life, and being out there for the summer shaped my career more than any other experience that I had.
I haven't seen the Braves play this spring, but did see the Redskins. Midland's complex is very nice and they're on the ball with caring for the field, etc. Lots of coaches who appeared supportive of one another and players.

While I saw some very good ball players, I also saw some that were not the most talented. I witnessed one kid who stood in between second and third on a fly that had every coach yelling at him to go back and tag up. I saw some pitching that was far from being the best I've seen at that level.

So, while I think they have some kids that are greatly talented, they are like many teams with various levels on the roster..... which may or may not mean something to a player looking for a team. Their roster must be fairly deep (meaning numbers).
