Minnesota Gophers

Dome is the main site for games and practice. Dunno what happens after it goes away in a couple years. They are looking to build a new stadium in place of Seifert.

My son was very interested in the school last year. Coaching staff was very nice and responsive but based on their location and lack of schools to compete with they really don't do a lot of recruiting outside of their home state and Wisconsin. They offered him a spot on the team based on video and recommendations from coaches but decided to pass and play somewhere he was getting money. They also didn't offer any camps or showcases for recruits. They conducted business much different than most of the schools we talked to. The coaches have been there for a very long time and know they can get all the local talent which made them seem less aggessive in recruiting.

Thanks dr9961. Now that you mention it, I dont THINK I've seen them at a PG or other event.
