Does anyone have advice or experiencing something similar? My son attended Showball this past August 7. There is supposed to be video of his pitching in two innings. John Novak of Showball said that there were delays with the live video because of copyright issues with Youtube, which I don't understand. He said it should be up on Nextpro. When I go to Nextpro and search for Showball I see a smattering of random video, without clear dates, with some random players' names on certain videos. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I can't find the video of my son. My son did really well that day and would like that video to send to coaches and I'm incredibly frustrated on his behalf. It's the only showcase he could attend this summer. My son is a 2021. I have contact John Novak several times. I just sent another email. I also sent another email to Nextpro as they haven't responded helpfully to my previous ones. It's now more than 3 weeks since the showcase. Perhaps I am doing something wrong on my end because I just don't understand why there are these random videos on the Nextpro website with various players' names attached to them. When my son attended Headfirst in 2019 we were sent videos of just my son pitching and of my son doing defensive drills. It was very clear and organized. I'm worried they lost the video this time around. Advice? Suggestions???
