Purely from a quick surface glance... one question I would be asking staff and current/ex players would be why so few Sr.'s and Jr.'s? The HC has been in place for 15 years and there is a pattern more so than most schools. Why are kids not staying in the program with him? Is it related to a difficult major (mostly engineering majors) or are there other issues?
