A few of my friends have a glove from the MVP series.I have seen a 1st base mitt and an 11.5inch mitt.They are almost broken in when bought.

If I were you,I would buy a Rawlings gold glove.They are about the same price,and much better in my opinion.

How broken in is the 11.5
very loose and floppy like you could fold the glove into a pancake?

broken in as in: not the fresh out of the factory stiff, but a few games broken in?

i know that might be confusing but gloves are expensive and i need to know the right one to get.

Glove is a little on the heavy side, but has a nice shallow pocket. Size is good, but the 11.25 Mizuno is more like a 11" A2000. How much is it?

broken in as in you can buy one in store and play with it that same night.

I had to borrow a 1b glove(it was a Mizuno MVP 1st base mitt)this summer,since I never usually played there,and the glove was 3 days old when I used it.

PLEASE consider a 11" pro SSK infielders glove similar to 2b Lopez with the SEATTLE
MARINERS. This glove is very stiff.

You need to expend time to break in the glove, maybe 2 weeks, if you want the glove to last for 5 years. Never throw the glove in the dirt.

Always clean the glove after a game with a conditioner. Respect your equipment.

the reason im wondering the flexibilty or stiffness of the glove is because i cannot play 2nd base with a floppy glove. When my glove was nice and stiff, it was real easy to turn two.

An EXCELLENT glove,and very reasonably priced(in relevance to most quality gloves)

the only reason i havent gotten a gold glove is because several of my friends have purchased them and when it arrived it was ****** plastic-e leather.

unless your friends bought some bootleg version,the gold glove is a very nice glove.

I have an 11.5 IF gold glove,real leather and all.

I have a Vintage and Vintage Pro series gloves. Both are great and both were very cheap on Ebay, 40$!
