Does anyone have any information on this topic that they would like to share with me because at this point I will do whatever it takes to attend this camp, it sounds amazing

My son attended the camp last year and I believe he was invited. You could talk to your coach and see if he could recommend you to Team Canada's coach. I beleive he was the one that told the elite teams managers who they were inviting. I think it is worth a try.
