Sounds like a bitter pill to swallow. Some of these teams have been there forever and average 4-5K fans per game. The bottom line, I suppose, is whether the fans would still come to see kids who were not good enough to get drafted as Juniors. But if the draft remains small, that could be a good group of players. One piece I'm curious about is where do the foreign players go? They are a huge part of A ball.

maybe they would form a separate team in the Appy League. Currently they are 45% of Minor league baseball. With 3-5,000 attendance each game. As a College player, I would desire a % of the gate.
