We didn't and have been seen by several including bureau . Friend of mine did through his advisor. We do not have an advisor yet for our 2015.
My son is in the MLB bureau system. We have not gotten any report from that or any of the scouts that have watched him, except for the ones who have visited the house and then only questions answer stuff, no access to an official report.
My friend's son, who has a heavy-hitter,MLB advisor, has seen his scouting report.
The bureau is part of MLB. They they work on behalf and report to the 30 MLB clubs only. While some might be able to get the reports, no one outside of MLB is suppose to.
Sorry, misinterpreted your "sent out" as to the player not to the teams.
Give,
the Bureau came to see our son (2015) last spring in his junior year. Believe they came the 1st game/time to also see the opposing pitcher. Luckily, son had good games and he was told he received a positive write-up and that the report went to all clubs. An interesting point they mentioned was they liked how he went about warm-ups and pre-game (you never know who is watching). Later some forms arrived from the Bureau (medical and vision exams, etc.).
Good luck to your son.
Thats interesting that your friends son has seen his scouting report. I didnt think that happened. I would imagine the scouts can be overly critical and don't read to much into it.
