I'm so mad
I looked at the clock this morning... and I was late for work!
Jumped out of bed, showered, blew dry my hair, got dressed, rushed down stairs and was headed out the door and my husband asked "where are you going?" I said" work !" He said "on Sunday?" Eek

Now I have 2 Monday mornings this week!

That is too funny! But wouldn't it have been more fun if he'd have just kissed you goodbye and sent you on your merry way? The difference in the traffic may have been a bit confusing... Big Grin

That is exactly what my husband would have done! One night an exhausted Sandlot Son had turned in early (around 9pm) while my husband and I stayed up late watching a movie. We were brushing our teeth etc. around midnight when we heard the kid's shower go on. In the winter, it looks the same here at midnight as it does at 5:30am so other than his clock, there were no clues. Except he forgot to check his clock. He woke up and just headed straight for the shower. We giggled in our room until he wondered in shaved and fully dressed chewing on a bagel and asked us "What time IS it?" We would definitely have let him get in his car and head to the school! Might have even taken video of him coming home.

Njbb,

That is so funny!

When I was 16 yrs old I taught guitar lessons on Saturday mornings. One Friday night my older sister who I shared a room with came home around 1:00 a.m. and turned on the light in our room. I woke up, thinking it was time to get ready for work, so she went along with it, telling me I'd better hurry. I showered and dressed, and came back into the bedroom to see her lying in her bed, laughing at me. When I figured out what time it was, I did the only thing a younger sister could do under the circumstances: I sat on her until she stopped laughing. Smile
