I am 17 years old, and honestly my physical growth may be over, I am 6', and around 195 lbs. I throw consistantly around 84-87, and am really looking trying to make it over the hump and hitting 90+ consistantly which turns me into a major D1 candidate and boosts my stock a great deal. I am aware of the programs and other various expensive programs, but does anyone have any basic things that might help me reach my goal? Anything is appreciated.

first of all, I obviously have no idea what your mechanics are like, which might be your problem.

otherwise, I think that the best thing to do is to just go out and throw. As far as strength training, do wall-sits, sittups, pushups... there are millions of exersises. There are obviously weight machines that go with each of those exersises(wall-sits=squats), but if you're like me and can't always get to the weight room, those three are great body weight exersises that one can do in their bedroom whenever they want to.
