He just turned 14 years old, so he is a work in progress. A few of the kids he face today are D1, JC, and D2 committed players. He is trying to develop three solid pitches that he can throw anytime and any place. I would appreciate any advice or critiquing. Thanks!!!

It's hard to tell exactly because the video is pretty far away and the angle is a bit off however he does look short on his front side with his glove which also may effect his finish.
