Also, forearm work was noted and grip. Please note that while there is a correlation, they are not one in the same. Wrist curls and levers work your wrist, while grip can be increased by specific gripping exercises. There are several companies that make heavy duty grippers that run about $20. Most should work with a gripper with about 100lb. resistance. Get to 10-12 reps for several sets 3 times a week and you will crush many men's hands.
