Although not posted here as yet, I am doing pitching in the afternoon.

Pitching will be 1:00-3:00 in the Afternoon on the same days.

What: The focus is:

Release Point to develop velocity
Work to develop/perfect a change off your fastball.
Work to develop/perfect a curve off your fast ball.
The Mental Approach to Pitching.
