So what have you been doing this summer to prepare for your upcoming season?

I tore my labrum in April, so I have been doing a lot of therapy to repair it and strengthen my shoulder. I have recently started throwing in games again, and I feel great.

Other than therapy, I have been working out and training to get in shape for the fall and next season. Can't wait!!

You're "repairing" a labrum tear with therapy? Did you have surgery?

Nope, no surgery. The tear is in the back of my shoulder, and the injury came from a non-throwing incident. The tear is in a spot that doesn't really affect my throwing all that much. Therapy is helping to stabilize my shoulder as a whole, as well as strenghtening my upper back.
