is that a bad thing?? the thing is that i throw 78-83 using all arm(or so i've been told)! how much harder do you think i can throw if i learned to use my body?? However your're suppose to use it!

As you have posted before - you have lost your fast ball - seek a good pitching coach to make sure you don't get hurt - it MAY also improve your speed
That is the same problem i've been working on fixing. Using all arm i throw low 80's. When i use my legs my fastball is high 80's.
smokky, if your like me u need to land with a soft front leg. When you stride to the plate your front leg can never be stiff.
For me fixing just this one thing means about 5+ mph.
