im 15 i pitch around 75-80 mph and i have never lifted weights in my life, what would be a good program for me to use and wat kinda results should i expect if i work hard
SS--- You will never know how much you are going to get from any certain program; The only way to know is to go out there and execute and tell us your results.

Team--- I would read his website, I also receive a newsletter that I received for free with his package; It seems that alot of people are getting positive results, upwards of 7-8 mph.
