Just want someone who knows more than I do to take a look at me doing some tee work. One flaw I noticed in my last swing (4th swing) I actually stride backwards slightly. I also noticed my weight shifts forward a bit before I actually swing, is that normal. Anyways, check it out and give me a little advice before I go any farther.

It is tough just off of a tee, but I would like to see more of a load through the shoulders.

Plus you never look up where the pitcher would be. On tee work you want to try and make it as game-like as possible. I know it's very tough, but you need to always work on the entire swing and it all starts with seeing. If you arent used to tracking a projectile (in this case visualization needs to be used) it won't carry over to the field.

Again, these are two quick things I saw by watching the clip once. Can you provide game footage?

BHS..I agree with Jon...need to practice like you play...you dont get to tee it up during a game...but if you cant get the hang of tracking a moving baseball off a tee try this trick I got in AA....the roving hitting coach had those of us who were having some challenges sit in the front of the bus or when we were riding in a car..pick out some small item on the roadway on the right (for me) and track it with our eyes and head motion....had to say what it was when it got in the hitting area...thought it was hokie but it started working...I started seeing rotation much earlier and stayed with it longer....you might give it a try next time Dad or Mom or a buddy is doing the driving.
Make sure your approach is the middle of the field......In the clip you are slightly pulling the ball....you also spin, which makes you vunerable to off-speed pitches (which is a bad habit)....use the tee in a hitting tunnel and try to wear out the back of the cage...and any other time for that matter...

Try to visualize yourself hitting the ball off the tee over the CF fence.......

If your approach is to drive the ball from gap to gap it will help hitting pitches in all locations...
