I created a shortcut to Hitting so this thread now appears in both forums.
G-2304, as Walawala mentioned, it would help a lot if you can take more closeup video. You may not get as many responses as you hope since it's difficult to see your form well. You can buy a tripod for your camcorder for $20-$30, which will keep the video steady and also allow you to set up the camcorder closer (rather than the person running the camcorder needing to stay a safe distance away).
G, Not too bad! Anybody hitting 375+ is alright in my book. At this distance the one thing I can see is your lead leg is bending and causing some hip slide through contact. You drift forward rather than achieve a full rotation with your hips. If you block your front leg a little more your rotation will have a chance. One last thing. Start with a little more tilt over the plate. Your knees are bent, but you are still standing straight up. Bend at the waist. Good luck!
I have made a minor adjustment to my swing by striding and loading early also for some reason that allows my body to to plant my front leg so it doesnt bend(Dont know why) I have batting practice on monday so I will Make a video of that practice
