If the player plays more than so many games for 2 straight years, the frosh & soph yrs, no, they can not play baseball at a JC, if they played another sport other than baseball and are wanting to play baseball for the first time, depending on the credits that transfer to the JC, they may be able to play at the JC level, the rules would be interpreted by the NJCAA and the school's AD. I have only seen this happen one time and that was nearly 30 years ago, as far as playing basketball or football at a NAIA school then transfering and playing baseball that is, so not to confuse anyone. LOL

You can not compete for 2 full years of baseball at a 4 yr level then transfer to play baseball at a NJCAA school, unless they changed the rules since 1991.

Try www.njcaa.org and look for eligibility to ensure that's correct.
