My son is being recruited by several NAIA schools in Illinois where we live, my question is, he is also being recruited by D3 schools and 1 D2 school. How do NAIA schools compare to D2 OR D3 schools??? Competition wise, scholarship wise??? Thanks in advance.

Really depends on their ranking. I believe NAIA have around 6 scholly's avail.
Most of the good programs would probably be on the same level with good D2 programs. Really depends on the program and their commitment, funding, coaching, pitching, etc...
NAIA has a max of 12 athletic scholarships for baseball, but I've seen schools that offered "baseball money" to everyone who plays, including j.v. players. I'm guessing that in those cases, they either split that money up in small amounts, or either they are using institutional funds and calling it baseball funds
