I did a search as I know it's been discussed before........

There are a lot of questions regarding teams you played on, if you were paid etc. and I remember some of the old timers here had some suggestions on how to accurately fill those parts out. If anyone can point to that thread I would appreciate it as 2013 son needs to do that this year.

Maybe time for a new up to date thread?
