NCAA Clearinghouse Certification Report

Your players should know that they can go online to see if the information was received.
They should also get you the info whether they are eligible and for what divisions. They do not become fully certified until they receive their diploma. Not sure what they mean by "good".
College coaches, if really interested will ask for a copy of the HS transcript and SAT score. By looking at the courses taken, scores, they are able to figure out what division the player is eligible for and whether they can play in their program.
This may not be the issue.

There is no "official " certification until the final senior year transcript is in to the Clearinghouse

The Clearinghouse does not send reports to scouts--college coaches can get the results by going thru the process-- but again nothing is official until after the final transcript is submitted and approved
