To clear up any ambiguity, this is the D1 Manual, not a "Rule Book" in the sense of playing rules. The manual deals with recruiting, roster size, scholarships, equivalencies, etc.
Many thanks. I had been wanting to go look for this for some time. Thanks for pointing it out. The NCAA Recruiting Guide was such a great read (not!) that I'm moving onto something new to read.
For coaches it is a rule book...it has the rules that coaches must follow, esp Chapter 13 that has to do with recruiting. Thats why I posted it on the recruiting message board.
I knew what you meant, and if it sounded like I was being smart I apologize. It's just that when I hear "rule book" I tend to think playing rules.
I'm glad you posted the link. I've downloaded the manual several times over the years, but that link can be hard to track down at times.
