I am very new to this website and typically just read and gather information... BUT Alee, I assume you are talking about NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Assoc.)
If so, my answer would be twofold:
One, never use a recruiting service (especially an online one) because it is a waste of money... if they are sending your kids info/video to 1,000 coaches, they are sending hundreds if not thousands of other students info as well. Coach probably just hits "delete."
Two, the NSCA has great info/guidlines to follow on helping parents/players along their recruiting timeline in all sports - but I would gather the info and come up with your own game plan.
The NSCA is way ahead of the curve in all aspects of sport and exercise. You want time tested, science-based research on a number of topics, you should google them for the website and look around on it.
I see more "coaches/trainers" in all sports teaching so many false philosophies it is unreal.
For example, you are 10 years behind in knowledge if you believe:
*cardio is best for losing weight/fat and keeping it off (over anaerobic)
*barrel of bathead is always above hands through the hitting zone/impact of a baseball
**static stretching before any sport is UNhealthy (I see this all the time with these "great coaches" coaching all these select teams). Players jog to outfield, stretch calves then proceed to static stretch, triceps, biceps, quads, hamstrings, shoulders, etc... lack of knowledge seeing how science has proven that static stretching before almost any sport is detrimental.. it just lengthens/weakens everything being stretched right before you need it to be at its healthiest/strongest/most durable... static teaches it to fire slowley, right before you need it to fire quickly...
NSCA is the real deal - just not in paying them to do the work the parents/player should be doing on thier own- as far as recruiting goes....
just my opinion though...
