Need advice breaking this glove in!

I just got this new glove for this upcoming season of baseball, I need a bit of advice on how I could break this bad boy in without having to worry about too much. I usually use the foam where you rub the foam on the glove, and set the glove on a rack and put it into the over. I would greatly appreciate the advice. Thank you all!
